Setting Up Customer Loyalty

Give customers a reward for spending an amount in your store.

1. To access the administration screen (Dashboard/Back office), navigate to the "Settings" tab and select the "General" subcategory tab.

2. To activate the loyalty program, navigate to the "Customers" section and toggle the switch in the "Loyalty" category.

3. To reward customers, simply use the "Earns" field to specify the amount they will receive, and use the "Spending" field to indicate the minimum spending required to qualify for the reward. For instance, you could offer a $1 reward for every $10 spent.
