Removing a Full Payment

A payment can be undone during the payment process. To do this, after a sale has been made, a pop-up dialogue will appear, indicating that your sale was completed. To remove the payment, click the back arrow, and it will prompt you with the options "Remove Payment" or "Keep Payment." Choose "Remove Payment."


Removing payments for gift cards is excluded.

Removing a Partial Payment

If there are multiple payments made, you can simply select the back button from the Payment Screen. This feature is specifically for partial payments. Select the "Paid" button above the Pay button. The "Paid" section displays all payment history during this sale. Choose one of the already paid transactions and select "Remove Payment."
