To perform a cash-out, access the dashboard or back office, then navigate to the "Settings" section. Under "Payments", activate the "EFTPOS" option. If the "Cash Out Requires Purchase" feature is active, customers can only access the cash-out option after making a purchase. To allow cash-out without a purchase, you must deactivate this feature.
Cash Out in Start Sale
To perform a cash-out transaction on the Sale screen, you can click on the "Cash Drawer" icon and then select the "Cash In/Out" option. After that, you can enter the amount and choose "Petty Cash Out" as the transaction type.
It is important to add notes whenever performing cash-in or cash-out transactions.
