Recommend Products to Customers
Salespoint has a feature where, when a product is selected, a prompt for recommended or related products appears. This is beneficial for retail businesses; for example, when a customer is buying shoes, a recommended option could be purchasing a shoe cleaner or a waterproof spray. It's also useful for the hospitality industry; if a customer orders food, a recommended option could suggest drinks. This feature is valuable for all businesses looking to increase sales. To create a product recommendation:
- On the dashboard, go to the Products tab.
- Select a product for which you want recommended products to show.
- In the Recommendations field, specify the products you want to be recommended or related.
- Press save after.
